CGF-CROWN CORK FACTORY has a highly equipped machinery with pneumatically operated injection molding process for the production of the metal crowns. The machines are equipped with highly trained & precision Camera Vision Inspection Systems installed inline within these high speed operational machines for superior quality check.

OUR COMPANY HISTORY

The CGF-CROWN CORK FACTORY established in 2012 when there was a big crown cork supply gap in the country, where there is an increase in demand in brewing and soft drinks industry.

We are a manufacturing unit engaged in the production of crown corks with a capacity of producing about 6,500,000 caps daily with skilled manpower having experienced hands from the same industry to be associated with us to run & maintain daily activities within the factory.

With the increasing demand within our clients & also to maintain a clean and healthy work environment also with all facilities and preparedness for us we have been certified with the following ISO standards: -

• ISO 22000:2005 (FOOD SAFETY)
• ISO14001:2015 (ENVIRONMENTAL)
• ISO 9001:2015 (QUALITY)

Our company is setup in a 10,000M² plot area in the town of Sendafa in Addis Ababa where currently the company employs over 80 highly skilled permanent employees, the company was established with a paid-up capital of 40 million Birr.     

Our Company is guided by Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, General Manager of the Business Group; and Factory Manager and different Line Managers of the factory. It aims to fill the Demand-Supply gap of the country’s demand for crown caps substitutes to imported crown caps. The crown cork substitutes to imported crown corks and to supply over 75% of the Local Market demand for Crown Cork.
