C.G. F. Business Group P.L.C. was established in 2004G.C as per the requirements of Ethiopian Commercial Law with the objective of exporting Agricultural products to the international markets. The main agricultural export products are exported to Asia, Europe, and Middle East countries like Sesame seed, Niger seed, Flax seed, and Pulses. Such products are of highest quality and meet export parameters set by Standard Authority and buyers.

Having been successful in the above business, the company has its own factories at Humera, Gonder, and Addis Ababa that are equipped with highly sophisticated Sesame Seeds and Pulses Processing Machines with the capacity of 150 – 250 Metric Ton per day.

The Co. has expanded its business to been also engaged in other businesses such as Hotel and tourism, Real Estate, Import of Construction Machinery, and manufacturing sector. C.G.F Business group P. L. C expands its business to the following:

1. Hotel & Tourism – It bought a star three designated Quara Hotel in Gonder that has over 65 bed rooms, sauna bath and jocoseness, conference halls, business centers, and recreation facilities.
2. Import of machineries and tractors- The Co: imports construction machinery such as dump trucks, car, low beds, high beds, tractors, and pickups. These machineries are particularly supplied for Construction Companies, Machinery Leasing Firms, Government Agencies, and individuals.
3. Real Estate - in order to play its role to minimize shortage of house supply the Co. has been engaged in construction houses for real estate business. The firm secured the land in Gonder town for construction of 50 houses that are G + 1. After finalization of the design Gondar Municipality has given us construction permit.
