The Joint Venture Manufacturing Stone Coated metal roof tiles and the first factory in Ethiopia as well as in East Africa.. The roof tile product is of high quality which is backed by 50 years warranty to the end user. OUR COMPANY HISTORY

The story of CGF-DY ROOFING TILES P.L.C starts in 2012 when CGF BUSINESS GROUP from Ethiopia and DONG YANG INDUSTRIAL MACHINERIES Inc. from South Korea; saw a gap in the Stone Coated roofing tiles market for quality services and supply in Ethiopia. There was a need for more pragmatic, quality focused local manufacturers who were willing to partner and grow with businesses.

CGF-DY ROOFING TILES P.L.C is a manufacturing firm engaged in the production of stone coated roof tiles, pre painted stepped tile, roofing accessories, and allied products under the brand name LUCY ROOFING TILES.

Our Company sprang over 10,000M²  plot area in the west of Addis Ababa in Holeta Town currently the company  employs over 45 highly skilled permanent employees, the company was established with a paid up capital of 60 million.     

CGF-DY ROOFING TILES PLC is a subsidiary company of CGF BUSINESS GROUP which has the experience in other industrial sectors for the past 20 years. CGF-DY ROOFING TILES PLC  aims to at all times maintain the upmost levels of products for our customers and strives to place itself at the forefront of Roofing Industry.

CGF-CROWN CORK FACTORY is a sister company of CGF Business Group Plc from Ethiopia. It has highly equipped machinery with pneumatically operated injection molding process for the production of the metal crowns. The machines are equipped with highly trained & precision Camera Vision Inspection Systems installed inline within these high speed operational machines for superior quality check.

The CGF-CROWN CORK FACTORY starts in 2012 when CGF BUSINESS GROUP from Ethiopia saw a need to penetrate the market with its vital focus on quality, quantity & price for the increasing demand in brewing industry. Hence the establishment of CGF-CROWN CORK FACTORY was done to meet the needs for increasing brewing industry for crown (metal) corks.

We are a manufacturing unit engaged in the production of crown corks with a capacity of producing about 6,000,000 caps daily with skilled manpower having experienced hands from the same industry to be associated with us to run & maintain daily activities within the factory.

With the increasing demand within our clients & also to maintain a clean and healthy work environment also with all facilities and preparedness for us we have been certified with the following ISO standards:-

• ISO 22000:2005 (FOOD SAFETY)
• ISO14001:2015 (ENVIRONMENTAL)
• ISO 9001:2015 (QUALITY)

Our Company outstretch is over 10,000M²  plot area in the town of Sendafa in Addis Ababa where currently the company  employs over 59 highly skilled permanent employees, the company was established with a paid up capital of 30 million Birr.     

Our Company is guided by Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, General Manager of the Business Group; and Factory Manager and different Line Managers of the factory. It aims to fill the Demand-Supply gap of the country’s demand for crown caps substitutes to imported crown caps. Also planning to share 75% of the Local Market for Crown Cork.

Establishment Facts:

Established in 2015 G.C. with the sole ownership of an Ethiopian Entrepreneur. Establishment capital: 40 Million Birr. Equity Capital: 40 Million Birr (No Bank Loan).  

Manufacturing Facility:

Situated in Oromiya region, Burayu town, Tatek Industry zone. Land area 5,000 square meters. Factory floor 1,600 square meters. Production machine: one-line production system. Designed capacity 8,000 pieces of gloves per hour.

Expansion Project:

Increasing the production line Doubling our hourly production. Joining Kilinto Industry Park and producing additional gloves there. Participating as industry park developer in the pharmaceutical sector.

Production unit: production Manager, production supervisor, operators & strippers. Quality unit: Quality Manager, Quality assurance (QA) Supervisor, Quality Control (QC) Supervisor, Quality Inspectors; Lab Technician, Packing Head, Packers. Engineering & Maintenance Unit: Engineering & Maintenance Manager, Boiler Operator, Electrician. Warehouse: Warehouse Head, Store Keeper. Human Resource & Admin (HRA) Unit: HRA Head, Admin Assistant. Finance Unit: Accountant & Cashier. Executive Office: Factory Manager.

CGF WAFA VEHICLES MANUFACTURING PLC was founded in August 2015. It is a joint venture company by China WAFA VEHICLE GROUP CO. LTD and Ethiopia CGF BUSINESS GROUP PLC, the company is managed by Ethiopian and Chinese staff. The factory is located in Kality Industrial Development Zone of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

It is a special vehicles manufacturing enterprises and registered total capital of 27 million Ethiopia Birr, total investment fund 100 million Ethiopia birr, plant area of 5100 square meters. The company has more than 50 employees, including 3 professional and technical engineers, owned more than 20 advanced production equipment.

Factory Focus Areas

The factory products including trucks, two axles & three axles flat bed semi trailer, full trailer, liquid tank truck, etc. The factory has an annual production capacity of all kinds of vehicles more than 600 units.
